Conditions
- Commercial use only for Output downloaded through an approved Suno channel within your tier's download allocation.
- Recording or stream-ripping a song is prohibited.
- Do not remove or alter Suno fingerprints, watermarks, or metadata to hide provenance or service tier.
- Remixes of others' songs (joint ownership) are personal, non-commercial only regardless of tier.
- Suno makes no warranty that copyright vests in any Output.
Unclear
- How the Sept 3, 2026 terms treat songs generated on a paid plan before Sept 3 but downloaded later after downgrading. The FAQ says limits apply to all downloads from Sept 3, including older songs; check the terms yourself.
- Model versions: the pricing page lists v6-mini on Free and v6 / v6-wild on paid plans. We found no official per-model commercial rule beyond the plan rule.
